PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Deadline: All invoices must be paid in full by Friday, December 12th.
Late Payment Fee: $250/day (applies every calendar day, not just business days)
Accepted Payments:
- Wire Transfer (preferred, $40 wire fee)
- Credit Card (max $2,500, 3.5% merchant fee)
- ACH Not Accepted (ACH refunds incur a $100 fee)
SALES TAX
- Out-of-State Buyers: Must submit a Bill of Lading from their shipper for tax exemption
- Resellers: Must email a completed and signed Resale Certificate to auctions@biditup.com
Note: Sales tax exemptions must be submitted prior to or at payment. Refunds for sales tax are subject to approval.
REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
RIGGING / SHIPPING / REMOVAL
BidItUp does not provide rigging or shipping services. Buyers must coordinate all logistics and rigging with a third-party service provider.
Any hand carry items can be picked up yourself and do not require the use of a rigger.
Removal Dates: Monday, December 15th - Friday, December 19th
Strict Deadline: All items must be removed by Friday, December 19th – No Exceptions
Removal is by appointment only.
